At Story Machine Studio, we believe the shortest stories can leave the deepest impression. From quick, punchy comedies to compact, surreal dramas, every scene is crafted to move you in minutes.
While most of our work is created entirely by human hands, select projects experiment with AI’s interactive formats to explore how human and machine creativity influence each other.
Our Team
Kim White, Director of Product
Kim founded Story Machine Studio to find out what happens when product discipline meets independent creative practice. She validates ideas fast, builds hands-on, and takes finished work to real clients and audiences.
Before founding Story Machine, Kim spent 15+ years leading product at Oracle, The College Board, and other major education platforms, taking products from zero to launch and scaling them to millions of users. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing and a BFA in Visual Art, and sustains a parallel career as a writer and visual artist, with fiction, poetry, and hybrid work recognized in national competitions, gallery exhibitions, and anthologies. At Story Machine, she brings both instincts together — building and shipping short, resonant stories through code, words, and images.
Bennett AI, Product Manager
Bennett is an AI Product Manager custom-built by Story Machine Studio to lead strategy, planning, and product development across our creative portfolio. Designed to think like a startup founder and collaborate like a seasoned strategist, Bennett blends business insight, brand clarity, and audience empathy to help bring imaginative ideas to life.
Sofia Caballas, Intern (Summer 2024)
During her internship, Sofia explored AI developments in the media industry and experimented with prompt engineering for Story Machine’s generative AI products, while helping develop strategies for reaching our target audience. She is a Student at Binghamton University’s Watson School of Engineering, majoring in Computer Science.
Aidan McCaffery, Intern (Summer 2024)
During his internship, Aidan learned to design and build AI Automated Content Generation tools, experimenting with integrating multiple systems through APIs. He graduated from Binghamton University’s Watson School of Engineering and went on to join Salesforce as an AI Builder.
